Spain's transport minister has said he will step down after two deadly train crashes in less than a year.
At least 69 people were killed and dozens injured in the collision south of the capital, Madrid.
Transport Minister scar Puente made the announcement at the end of an hours-long appearance before lawmakers about the crash — the second such deadly collision this year involving Spain's extensive high-speed rail network.
