Hurricane Isaias strengthens to Category 2 storm as it moves toward Gulf Coast

A Category 2 hurricane is barreling toward the Gulf Coast as mandatory evacuations are in effect. Alabama, Florida and Georgia are all under states of emergency as Hurricane Isaias is expected to strengthen before making landfall on Friday night. Jason Allen reports and Rob Marciano has the forecast.
