USWNT calls up Jaelin Howell to replace injured Sam Coffey for Spain friendlies‎

Gotham FC midfielder Jaelin Howell is being called up by the U.S. women’s national team to replace Manchester City’s Sam Coffey for its upcoming friendlies against World Cup champion Spain. The U.S. national team announced Monday that Coffey, 27, sustained an injury during her club’s 4-1 win over Arsenal over the weekend.
