Angel Reese takes a hit to the face just before halftime then heads to the locker room‎

Angel Reese took a shot to the face a few seconds before halftime of the Atlanta Dream's game against the New York Liberty on Wednesday night. With 5.6 seconds left in the second quarter, Reese drew an offensive foul on Sabrina Ionescu. The Liberty guard's arm hit Reese in the face.
