CJ Abrams became the 52nd player to join the 30-30 club, Cade Cavalli threw his 200th strikeout of the year, and the Washington Nationals took down the St. Louis Cardinals 9-1 on Friday night. Abrams joined the Cubs' Pete Crow-Armstrong as the only players to hit 30 homers and steal 30 bases this season. Cavalli (13-5) struck out the side in the first, and finished with six strikeouts and four hits in five innings of work.
