Clearlake Capital acquires full control of Chelsea as chairman Todd Boehly, director Mark Walter and Hansjorg Wyss sell their stakes in the club.
Todd Boehly and Mark Walter have sold their minority stakes in English soccer club Chelsea FC to Clearlake Capital Group. Todd Boehly has been extremely active as the co-controlling owner and Chairman of Chelsea FC since he helped lead a consortium which bought the club in 2022.
