Chicago Sky calls Enes Kanter Freedom’s lawsuit ‘meritless and frivolous’‎

Chicago Sky owner Michael Alter responded Friday to a lawsuit filed a day earlier by former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom, a vocal opponent of transgender athletes’ participation in women’s sports. “We received word that the entity owning the Chicago Sky is being sued by Mr. Enes Kanter Freedom for allegedly violating his First Amendment rights.
