Giants’ Cam Skattebo considered retiring after gruesome season-ending injury‎

Coming out of college, Cam Skattebo gave himself one rule. The hard-nosed Giants running back told Kay Adams on Thursday’s episode of Up & Adams that if he ever suffered a major injury he would walk away from football. Skattebo, of course, saw his rookie season cut short as he suffered a gruesome ankle injury during a Week 8 meeting with the Eagles that required season-ending surgery.
