A Coast Guard plane carrying Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin and more than a dozen others made an emergency landing Wednesday following an engine failure.
The pilot declared an emergency after the aircraft's right engine failed during a flight from Atlanta to the Washington, DC, area, according to Mullin and air traffic control audio.
The Coast Guard plane made an emergency landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, multiple sources told ABC News.
