Samsung reportedly decided against a 7,000 mAh battery for the Galaxy S27 Ultra, here's why‎

Back in July, the battery capacity of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra was leaked and purported to be rated at 5,534 mAh, which would yield a typical capacity of 5,700 mAh. That's a big jump for Samsung, from the Galaxy S26 Ultra's 5,000 mAh cell, but it's still tiny in this day and age compared to what the Chinese competition is doing. Today a new rumor from a tipster on X brings us a "what if" scenario. Apparently, Samsung tested a Galaxy S27 Ultra prototype with a 7,000 mAh battery, but in the end decided to stick with the 5,700 mAh to 6,000 mAh range. Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra...
