Intriguingly, during talks between Arsenal and Galatasaray during this transfer window, the future of the Turkish side's Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen is understood to have been discussed. Wingers Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri are among the players the Gunners are understood to have invited offers for. Martinelli is subject of a verbal offer worth 45m euros (£38.5m) - but according to sources there is reluctance from the 25-year-old forward to move to Turkey.
