The agreement says any armed attack against one of the three states will be regarded as an attack on them all, Pakistan and Turkey said in statement.
The Saudi crown prince, Turkish president and Pakistani prime minister have signed a joint defence agreement in Mecca.
The agreement treats an attack on any of the countries as an attack on all, but in a region of volatile rivalries, it was unclear what that would mean in practice.
The agreement says that any armed attack on any one of the three countries will be regarded as an attack against them all, the statement from the ministry said.
Saudi Arabia and Pakistan had already announced a joint defence pact in 2025, which drew attention because Pakistan is the Muslim world's only nuclear-equipped state.
