The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS Sports analyst allegedly failed sobriety tests.
Romo, a former quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, has since been released.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said Romo was pulled over around 6 p.m. on Thursday.
