President Trump paid tribute to the late senator, who was reportedly scheduled to do an interview on Sunday.
Graham, 71, was a prominent Republican senator from South Carolina. Earlier in his career, he was a vocal critic of US President Donald Trump before becoming one of his most loyal allies.
The influential politician had just returned from Kyiv, where he met Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday.
Lindsey Graham was first elected to the United States Senate in 2002.
