Olympian David Hearn has been indicted in for allegedly "maliciously" destroying lining at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
Hearn, a three-time Olympic canoeist was arrested on allegations of vandalism after reaching into the Reflecting Pool on June 19.
