Two people climbed to the top of the Empire State Building Wednesday afternoon and unfurled a banned on top of its spire.
A dramatic stunt atop the Empire State Building turned romantic when one climber appeared to propose more than 1,400 feet above Manhattan.
After making the climb, the pair unfurled a large black flag and apparently posted to Instagram. Video appears to show one person proposing to the other.
The two were atop the 1,454 ft (443 m) building for at least ten minutes and displayed a large banner before climbing down.
At one point while at the top of the building, one individual appeared to propose marriage to the other.
