A jury was unable to reach a verdict in Harvey Weinstein's rape retrial, leading the judge to declare a mistrial Friday. The case was concerning the alleged 2013 rape of Jessica Mann.
This was the third time Harvey Weinstein was on trial accused of raping an aspiring actress at a hotel in Manhattan in 2013.
