Veteran driver Katherine Legge is the next to take on “The Double”
Legge will aim to become the first woman to ever complete "The Double."
Katherine Legge will be the first woman to complete a double, racing the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day, she announced Wednesday.
Katherine Legge will attempt to add running “The Double," the Indy 500 and Coca-Cola 600, to her resume, which would make her the first woman to accomplish the feat.

The 45-year-old Legge is going to try to become the first woman to complete the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. According to BRANDed Management, Legge added the May 24 NASCAR race in Charlotte to her schedule and will compete in the No. 78 for Live Fast Motorsports.
