Trump announces new retirement plan with federal match of up to $1,000‎

President Trump said he wants to fix what he called the "gross disparity" within the U.S. retirement system during Tuesday night's State of the Union address. He plans to do that with the creation of a new retirement plan for Americans without a 401k or employee-sponsored savings plan. Teresa Ghilarducci, a professor of economics and policy analysis at the New School, joins "The Daily Report" to discuss.
