Katherine Short, the daughter a comedy legend Martin Short, has died at 42 from a suspected suicide, police sources tell NBC's Los Angeles station. While Katherine did occasionally join her father on the red carpet, she lived a relatively private life. NBC’s Joe Fryer reports for TODAY.
The actor says his daughter "will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world".
