U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer apologized to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein for appointing Peter Mandelson to be the country's ambassador to the U.S. after new documents indicate Mandelson may have shared confidential documents with the convicted sex offender. Starmer fired Mandelson in September. CBS News' Ramy Inocencio has the latest.
