President Trump signed a bill to end the partial government shutdown on Tuesday as a fight looms over ICE and Border Patrol tactics. CBS News congressional correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns reports.
"I'm thrilled to sign the Consolidated Appropriations Act to immediately reopen the federal government and fund the vast majority of operations through the rest of the fiscal year," Trump said.
The spending package only funds the Department of Homeland Security for two weeks, through February 13.
