Tennessee is one of more than a dozen states now under a state of emergency ahead of what's expected to be a major winter storm. The state has been preparing for days, mostly concerned about icy conditions that could make roads dangerous and cause power lines to go down. Memphis Mayor Paul Young joins "The Daily Report" to discuss.
