As President Trump gathered several world leaders to join him as he signed his "Board of Peace" charter, he unveiled his plans for a "new" Gaza. This comes as Palestinians are still suffering even months after a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas. NBC News' Matt Bradley has more on the the state of the Gaza Strip.
