The US says it struck dozens of targets across Syria in response to last week's deadly Islamic State attack on US forces there.
The U.S. launched retaliatory strikes against ISIS in Syria after a deadly ambush last week killed two American soldiers and a U.S. civilian working as a translator.
The strikes are in retaliation for the deaths of three Americans in Palmyra, Syria, on Saturday.
