Donald Trump has said he will cancel all executive orders that he claims were signed with an autopen by his predecessor Joe Biden.
The current president also threatened Biden with charges of perjury if he says he was involved in the autopen process.
Trump 'cancelling' Biden orders signed by autopen
In a social media post, President Trump said he was "cancelling" executive orders from the Biden administration that had been signed with an autopen. NBC News' Kelly O'Donnell reports on the statement and how the president could change the executive orders.
The US president asserted that 92 percent of Biden's orders were illegitimate, citing legally dubious autopen claims.
"Any document signed" by Biden with an autopen "is hereby terminated," President Trump said.
