Google launches Gemini 3, which is less flattering and more insightful‎

Google is launching Gemini 3. The latest suite of AI models is of course its best yet, and comes to replace Gemini 2.5, which was introduced in May at Google I/O. Gemini 3 is rolling out in AI Mode in Google Search (for Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers), and also in the Gemini app for everyone. Google CEO Sundar Pichai says it's "much better at figuring out the context and intent behind your request, so you get what you need with less prompting".
