An Israeli airstrike on a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon on Tuesday killed 13 people and wounded several others, state media and government officials said.
It was one of the deadliest Israeli strikes on Lebanon since a cease-fire with Hezbollah went into effect about a year ago.
Israel continues to attack Lebanon on a near-daily basis in violation of a yearlong ceasefire with Hezbollah.
